Gazpromneft-SM is increasing its turnover in order to increase its share of the lubricants market. DK-Expert provides support in achieving ambitious goals.
At the end of 2008, Logicon completed the logistics design of a production and warehouse complex with a total area of 24,000 m2, commissioned by GAZPROMNEFT-Lubricants LLC. In 2011, GAZPROMNEFT-Lubricants LLC completed the construction of a new production and storage complex that will produce high-performance oils in a wide range of packaging. The planned capacity of the complex is several times higher than the analogues currently existing in Russia, in connection with which, the Logicon company was faced with the task of developing the most optimal concept that would provide the required throughput.
The result of the work:
- Calculation of the required number of pallet places;
- Determination of the physical dimensions of the complex, guaranteeing the processing of the required volumes of products;
- Determination of the internal topology of the complex, corresponding to the criterion of optimality of the ways of movement of goods flows;
- Calculation of the required number and types of equipment;
- Calculation of the number of personnel and their role, recommended work schedule;
- Analysis of proposals for equipment and recommendations for selection;
- Analysis of proposals for warehouse equipment and recommendations for selection;
- Construction documentation (carried out by TsNIIP Monolith LLC);
- Calculation of the estimated cost of the project.
